Stickz Group AB (org. no. 559569-4166) is the data controller for the information you provide on stickz.se. We only collect what we need to print and deliver your order, and we never sell your data.

Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. Statistics and ad measurement are only used if you have accepted them in the cookie banner — see our cookie policy.
How long we keep your data
- Order and invoice records: seven years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen).
- Accounts and business accounts: for as long as the account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we erase the data that does not have to be kept for bookkeeping.
- Designs and files you created without logging in: 90 days.
- Rejected business account applications: no more than 12 months.
Who helps us
We use suppliers that process data on our behalf (data processors), under agreements that protect your data:
- Hetzner — servers and file storage, within the EU.
- Stripe — payments (card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Resend — sending order confirmations and other emails.
- Fortnox — invoices and bookkeeping.
- DHL — parcel delivery.
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — only with your consent.
Some suppliers may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA, for example the USA. Such transfers are based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a readable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hej@stickz.se and we will reply within one month.
If you think we are handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), imy.se.
Changes
We update this policy when something changes. The latest version is always available here.
